It is an ad campaign – an interactive poster series – for Freizeit-Helden.de. FreizeitHelden is a platform which adds flexibility to social commitment. The main target group are young people who are not able to plan ahead or commit fully to an organisation.
 
The name means „leisure heroes“ and their work of field evolves around kids, animals and seniors. It brings together volunteers with a little time on their hand and organizations who need extra help. FreizeitHelden tries to fill the gap where the family support system is failing as well as for the needed and the volunteers themselves. It is about human interaction and finding some meaning in our fast moving society.
 
The aim of the campaign was to get young people as fast as possible of the street onto the platform and into spending their spare time at social organisation. The Poster catches the eye of the beholder by presenting a huge QR-Code without any explanation. It leads to a landing page which shortens the registration process. The second row is a classic poster series which reaches out to the people who do not own a mobile device.
